The Somerville House Chess Team are the Australian Primary Girls Champions for 2023.
Congratulations to Sophia X, Stephanie Y, Chloe W, Alex Y and Alice Y who finished first in the Primary Girls Division of the Australian Schools Teams Chess Championship held in Adelaide recently. Stephanie, Chloe and Alex all received board prizes for a perfect score; five wins out of five games.
