PMSA Recognition

Recognition of students and staff of the PMSA who represent Australia in an international forum 


This policy has been established to honour in an appropriate manner those staff members or students who have been chosen, through a national/international selection process or other selection criteria, to represent Australia in an international competition or symposium.

Procedures to be followed:

  • The Principal will make representations to PMSA Council through the Education and Pastoral Care Committee once each term as to any students or staff members who meet the criteria for such an award.
  • The Chairman of Council or the Deputy Chairman will make the Presentation as soon as practicable after the award being agreed by the PMSA Council.
  • The Presentation would be before the recipient’s peers within the School community and other appropriate people.

The Award

A framed certificate recording the event and utilising calligraphy and a PMSA document seal. To be recorded in a PMSA Honours Book with the signature of the recipient attesting to the receipt of the award
