The Somerville House Strength and Conditioning Program is offering flexible training times for girls staying in Brisbane over the holidays. 

Maintain physical strength with age-appropriate sessions available Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings across both weeks of the holidays.  Sessions will include a combination of gym-based strength training and running based training specific to the demands of the girls' sports.

Registered students can attend one, two or three sessions per week.

Senior School: 9.00am-10.30am
Week 1 (W/C 17 Sept): Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Week 2 (W/C 24 Sept): Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Junior School: 9.00am-10.00am
Week 1 (W/C 17 Sept): Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Week 2 (W/C 24 Sept): Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Location
The Murray Evans Sports complex - Somerville House

Who
Somerville House Students Years 3 to 12. 
Sessions will be split so that they are age group specific.

Aim
To improve speed and strength specific to Term 4 sports.

Cost
$100 for all 6 sessions.
