Head of Year

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Head of Year (Senior Years) who has responsibilities for student welfare, administration and management of student and pastoral issues in the relevant year levels. The Head of Year (Senior Years) operates on a yearly rotation, commencing from Year 10.

The Head of Year is expected to develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with staff and parents and exemplify outstanding professionalism. 

This position will commence in January 2024 on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will have a teaching allocation relevant to the candidate’s discipline area/s. 

About You 

We are looking for an experienced educator who is equipped and capable to oversee and manage a Senior Years cohort, who has an intrinsic knowledge of secondary schooling philosophy and practice particularly within a girls’ school environment.
