We are seeking to appoint a Head Barista – Café Supervisor who is responsible for supporting the Café Manager in the day-to-day oversight of the Under the Clock Café operations.

Reporting Line

The Head Barista-Café Supervisor reports directly to the Café Manager and Manager, Corporate Enterprise thereafter.

The Role

This is an excellent role for someone who is motivated, organised and keen to make a positive contribution. This role will suit those with demonstrated experience in a fast paced café environment.

Skills and Qualities we require

Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in fast-paced customer service environments
High level technical skills in coffee preparation and a good understanding of the coffee industry
Qualifications relevant to the position
A Working with Children Check (Blue card) or eligible to apply for a Blue Card.

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday between the hours of 5.00am to 5.00pm. The successful applicant may be required to work outside of this spread of hours due to the nature of school operations.
