Associate Dean of Student Wellbeing

The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and dynamic Associate Dean of Student Wellbeing to join the Student Wellbeing Centre with specific responsibility for providing leadership of the pastoral care program of the School.

You will be responsible for leadership in student care, wellbeing and behaviour management from Year 7 to 12, and carries with it a range of duties requiring high level decision making and management skills involving people and projects.

This position is a Middle Leader position and is appointed as a full-time three (3) year fixed-term contract, commencing 1 January 2023.

About You

• Do you have a higher degree in management and/or education? 
• Do you have proven hands-on experience in a similar position within a school environment? 
• Do you have proven interpersonal skills necessary to liaise with various stakeholders within the School including Senior Leadership, Staff, Parents and Students? 
• Are you enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly professional?
