The Somerville House Aquatic and Sports Centre houses an Olympic sized pool and well-equipped and resourced gymnasium. Fully qualified staff are available to assist training both in the pool and the gymnasium.

It is a condition of entry that all patrons wear appropriate attire within the complex. Swimwear must be of a training type design. Gym clothing with enclosed shoes is required in the Indoor Sports Complex.
All car spaces under the Sports Complex are allocated to staff of Somerville House. The car park is reserved for staff from 7am to 5pm Monday - Friday during term time. There is an addition to this, in that there are a number of car spaces allocated to staff outside of these times (7am-5pm). These areas are marked with signage. Please adhere to these guidelines for the use of the car park at The Murray Evans Sports & Aqautic Centre.
Patrons are reminded that the complex forms part of the Somerville House School for Girls. Members of the public are asked to abide by some of the policies of the School whilst on the property.
Whilst we are open to the public, we also conduct co-operative use between public users and the School staff and students. We make every attempt to inform members of the public to changes in usage and closures. There are occasions, however, when pool space availabiliy may change at short notice.
